When considering what size to buy, please consider whether this is your FIRST pregnancy, or a subsequent pregnancy.
With my first pregnancy, I started at 122lb and ended at 152lb. (I'm 5'7")
By my second pregnancy, I started at 121lb and was wearing size xs in regular scrubs. Regular scrubs started getting tight as soon as 1st trimester bloating set in, even before I was gaining any weight. I bought these maternity scrubs (in xs also) at about 8 weeks pregnant and they fit great...until I started REALLY gaining weight.
